In today’s world, having access to land records is a must and being able see who owns the property important allow crossverify ownership of in order for business purposes or personal use. India, maintaining record with current population challenging task, system was causing incomplete registries, leading fraudulent activities. The used by government inconsistent has lot intermediaries have make changes it. use Blockchain increasing day day, trying adopt technology, web3.0 future we are heading; adding Land Records very useful because it provides transparency everyone. Allowing citizens view visual representation maps will ensure everyone these records.
